Archi-pix is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Minnesota. The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts.

This person will be naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to bring our product/services to new markets.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Business Development Representative to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for someone eager to begin a career in real estate sales, partnerships, and client relations. You will be responsible for supporting the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and assisting in building strong relationships. This position involves both in-office work and field travel, so reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential new clients, markets, and partnership opportunities within the real estate sector.

  • Generate leads through outbound outreach (emails, calls, networking, events, etc.).

  • Qualify leads and set up introductory meetings for senior business development managers or agents.

  • Visit properties, attend client meetings, and assist with presentations, requiring local travel.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and client interactions in CRM tools.

  • Support the team in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and lead generation efforts.

  • Contribute ideas for improving outreach processes and client engagement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in business development and real estate.

  • Comfortable with outreach and building new professional relationships.

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel for client visits.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (a plus).
