About the Role
We are looking for freelance photographers who can capture professional-quality photos using a smartphone and create basic floor plans for residential properties.
This is an on-demand position, ideal for individuals looking to earn extra income with flexible scheduling. (Light hours to start as we create the establishment).
Work is assigned based on location and availability, and may vary week to week.
Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality property photographs with a smartphone (no editing necessary).
- Develop basic floor plans (training will be provided).
- Ensure timely file uploads to meet all deadlines.
- Maintain clear communication for scheduling and job progress updates.
- Interact with clients in a professional manner, representing the company positively.
Requirements
- Experience in photography (real estate preferred, but not required)
- Ability to take clean, well-composed photos using a smartphone
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to travel to job locations
- Availability during daytime hours (varies by assignment)
- Owning a drone
